With over 15 years in the events industry, my journey has been a blend of passion, creativity, and constant evolution.
Straight out of university, I landed my first role as an Events Assistant at the iconic MOBO Awards - an experience that ignited my career and set the stage for everything that followed. Working on such a high-profile event gave me invaluable insights into the intricacies of large-scale productions, and I quickly developed a knack for managing multiple moving parts while staying calm under pressure.
From those early days, my career spiralled upward. I honed my skills across a diverse range of events, from high-end corporate conferences to exclusive product launches and luxury brand activations. Each new project expanded my expertise and pushed my boundaries, allowing me to build a reputation for delivering flawlessly executed events that exceed expectations.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in the business, always keeping a keen eye on the latest trends and innovations in the industry. This has fuelled my passion for not just planning events, but crafting experiences that resonate, inspire, and leave a lasting impact. Today, as the founder and lead strategist at TrendStep, I am proud to have built a team that shares my vision of creating ground-breaking, unforgettable moments. We’re driven by the belief that every event is an opportunity to tell a unique story, make a statement, and connect with audiences in ways that go beyond the ordinary.
